The main aktivity of the company Vaclav Kaizr – Kovovyroba is the production and assembly of steel constructions and structures.

The company holds the following certificate:

  • ČSN EN 1090-1+A1

We mainly use structural steels of quality S235 and S355 for the production of steel structures.

Execution of welding works:

  • welders hold European tests according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1
  • welding methods 111 - Manual arc welding with a coated electrode and 135 - Arc welding with a melting electrode in active gas - MAG
  • the company owns several WPQRs - Welding Procedure Qualification Record according to ISO 15614-1: 2004
  • welds are performed according to WPS - Welding Procedure Specification
  • welding engineer - welding supervision according to ČSN EN ISO 14731
  • visual inspection of welds, level 2
  • quality of welds in the highest grade B according to ČSN EN ISO 5817
